Our Jalapeños did ok this year but we had too much rain and I had to pull them before they turned red. Following the same Sriracha receipe from last year but may need to adjust it based on taste due to the peppers not being red. Pictures below.
Made 12 quarts of a fresh Sriracha inspired hot sauce. Next time if I am lucky I can go back to all red Jalapeños. Will give some away and eat the rest.
